LONDON
When I was in London for the D&AD exhibition we had the hottest weather! I got to spend a few days looking around London in the sunshine. One of my favourite places was Colombia Rd. which came to life on a sunday when they have a weekly flower market. A few of these photos are from there and a few from other odd things I liked.

COAL TIT
Here is a scan of a drawing which will be in my final book of woodland birds. He's just a black and white ink drawing at the minute but he will be coloured in beautifully for the book!

Christmas Promotion
I haven't posted anything in so long, I can't believe it! Here are some images from a Christmas promotion project I did. I chose to make a robin christmas/business card out of wood with a hinged wing so you could see my name underneath. I screen printed my drawing into wood and had it cut out with a fret saw. Here are the photos from the making process...
printing the first layer onto the wood
the third and final layer of black line and text for the back of the bird
My positives on tracing paper and the colours i mixed, ready for printing.
